Once in a while a poster states something so eloquently that it bares quoting:

"This forum has been such a 'wonder' full resource. I am always amazed when I'm introduced to a performance - be it single song or whole show - that others were moved by, or taken with, that I had no idea about before seeing it mentioned, or discussed, here (i.e. Cliff's recent posts about those fine acoustic Bird Songs). I'm thrilled when a less-generational updated source is posted. Again, as always, thanks to all the good people who feed this conduit, this animal, and to those who lend their own empirical histories - and herstories - to this worthwhile cause."

*I wholeheartedly agree* Don't you??
Thanks Duckpond74 & all you other posters on the walls, in the halls, of this forum!

I second that; DP's additions around here have been excellent. Sorta funny, his commenting on the comments and then we comment on how that commenting is part of what is making the place worthwhile. And if you understand that, it means you've been here too long, and are part of the whole strange aspect of (primarily) a bunch of HEADs growin up (and old) together.

Indeed, WT, the 'ouroboros theory' at work here in this forum - especially with the inclusiveness across age groups and periods preferred.

Though, I do see an element of the 'omnium theory' as in Flann O'Brien's 'The Third Policeman' at play here as well.

. . . and thanks for the kind words all

WT,
"been here too long?"
Where's here? If you mean HERE here, not me, (but I *thought* I understood...)
